Been awhile

Well it's been quite awhile since Mommy helped me update my blog and thanks to Poppi's reminders, here we are. I can honestly tell you that we have been soooo busy and since the weather has been turning warm, there has been a lot to do! After we all got healthy from the winter colds and coughs it was time to start traveling. Most of our family in the north hadn't met Baby Alaina yet, so up we flew to Ohio. We visited with a lot of family and friends there and then a few days later drove to Michigan to meet all of Daddy's side of the family. The real reason for the entire trip was because Cousin Veronica asked me to be in her wedding as her ring bearer. This was really special because Daddy was the ring bearer in her Mommy's wedding! I had so much fun while we were there! I am very taken with Veronica and the entire wedding and reception, I stuck to her like glue. After all the excitement from the week of traveling, it was time to go home and it wasn't a moment too soon. As much fun as we had with our families, I was one tired boy and it took a couple days at home to get me back on track again. Things haven't really been slow since we got home either. Cookouts, pool parties, afternoons in the sun with my friends...it's been a full calendar! This past weekend was great! On Saturday morning we went to Riverside and got to see the Easter Bunny and go on an Easter Egg Hunt. As soon as we left Riverside, we headed out to watch the Best Ranger Competition. Some friends of ours and guys who work with Daddy were competing. They did really well and finished 5th! I had a great time cheering on Mister Jason and trying to wave to him. Some of the cool things we got to see was when he climbed up a 60-foot tower by only a rope and then repelled down and we got to see him jump out of a heliocopter into water. It was sooooo cool! More busy and fun weekends are in store. Coming up next weekend is Easter and we are having a cookout, Easter Egg Hunt and Egg-dying party at our house and then the weekend after that we are celebrating Baby Alaina's Baptism and my birthday. If this is the beginning of summer, it's going to be so much fun!
